I have used some oils in the past but have never used this specific one. I heard that it could be used for headaches and stiff joints so I used it for that. I rubbed some on my shoulder as I recently has surgery on my rotator cuff.

Best helichrysum essential oil I've used. There are some weirdly diluted oils available. One brand I tried smelled like burning rubber. This brand seems undiluted and smells fresh.
