Our Respirium Blend is specially formulated to help you breathe easier. Use it day-to-day and to help relieve the symptoms of colds, flus, bronchial inflammation, sinusitis, and more. It contains oils that are steam-distilled from the leaves and buds of the following essential oils: eucalyptus, tea tree, frankincense, ravensara, helichrysum, cardamom, laurel leaf, thyme, rosemary, and lemon. We recommend using this blend in one of our diffusers, creating a facial steam, or using it as part of a hot compress. You can also fill a hot bath or shower with several drops of ArOmis Respirium Blend and relax into the steam.

We use this blend nightly in three different vaporizers (one for each kid and one in the master bedroom), and it smells great! My son specifically enjoys the smell and takes a few deep breaths as soon as we turn on his machine at bedtime.

I use this blend at night in my room in the diffuser. It is a light scent but boy do you sleep well with this going.....my husband even commented on how deeply he sleeps and he doesnt sleep well...neither do i.
