The "Sleep and Breathe" are the 6 constituent oils in our Sleep and Breathe blend. This blend is designed to support healthy and restful sleep by promoting relaxation and healthy breathing. Our blend is heavy on the relaxing florals and rightly so.
The oils in our kit include the following:
Lavender, Eucalyptus, Ylang Ylang, Bergamot, Clary Sage, Geranium.
This kit has all the oils you need for our "Sleep and Breathe All Night" blend recipe seen below:
Sleep and Breathe (all night)
Bergamot – 3 drops
Eucalyptus - 5 drops
Lavender - 15 drops
Clary Sage - 10 drops
Geranium - 10 drops
Ylang Ylang - 5 drops
**We also have empty dropper bottles available for purchase to blend your oils in!
All ArOmis oils are Certified Organic. Our oils have a great story! Our oils come from the rich soils of South Africa. The farmers for the oil crops are all small rural family farmers who make more money in less space and are thus able to preserve more natural habitat. Some of the oils are wild-crafted which means that the crops grow naturally in the wild and are harvested by hand. These are the most sustainable and natural types of oil crops you can find.

This is a good starter kit, affordable, very nice gift set for any loved ones ,love the smell of the oils, they are 100% pure, since they are so concentrated I only use very few drops in the oil diffuser and the whole room smells fresh and last longe

These smell amazing!!! I love using an oil diffuser to make my house smell pleasant. These work great for that. A couple drops and my house has that scent for hours.

These are great essential oils set. They come in a nice box that is sealed. I had no damage to the packaging at all. They all smell Amazing! I use them in my essential oil diffuser. You can also mix different scents together to change it up as well.

What a great deal for 6 bottles. Way cheaper than other places and DS companies. So far I only used 2 of them. I use the anxiety one for me during work which helps a lot. I also use the sleep one on my daughter every night.

Love this set of oils. I bought this for a family member getting into essential oils. We cracked the tops off and the scents are very clean smelling. Box says no chemicals or dilutions which I can tell by the pure scent of the oils. Definitely recomm

OMG I love them all, especially the lavendor and eucalyptus they are amazing quality. I blend this with body lotion and use it before bed it's so refreshing! You many think these are small bottle but it seems that they last forever.

I love these and really love the value. I am retired and home all day, so I run my diffuser pretty much around the clock, so finding such a great deal on a really great product is very much appreciated.
