Uses & Benefits
- Use lavender oil topically to soothe burns, inflammation, cuts, eczema, and more. Lavender will promote a feeling of calm and relaxation, and makes an excellent base for a massage oil.
- Sweet Orange oil can help to boost mood and ease depression, anxiety, tension. It also has excellent antiseptic properties for cleaning and detoxifying.
- Tea tree oil is an incredible antiseptic, antifungal, and antibacterial agent. Use it diluted to clear fungal infections, skin infections, cuts, and more. Use it in a DIY cleaner or in a massage oil to promote circulation.
- Peppermint oil has a broad variety of uses and is well-known to relieve headaches and nausea. It may also be used to reduce inflammation, fevers, flatulence, liver problems, and arthritis.
- Lemongrass is a well-known insect repellant, an excellent cleanser, and can help with a number of other health problems.
